This was in a tree in Philadelphia. These tags were made by children from a school in an impoverished area of the city. They each had a single wish. One read, “I wish my brother didn’t die”. It was a really interesting idea and I read them for awhile before I saw the one in the photo. This is the definitive example of one-upsmanship.
